Mr. Oberdick serves as chair of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s Intellectual Property practice group. He represents and provides counsel to companies and individuals on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, software and technology licensing, computer law, e-commerce, and related internet contracts, as well as warranty and privacy issues.
