Alexis Unkovic McKinley concentrates her legal practice in the areas of general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, assisting clients of all sizes with a broad range of transactional matters.  In addition to counseling for-profit businesses, Ms. McKinley has also successfully represented non-profit clients in matters before the Internal Revenue Service.

A lifelong Pittsburgher, Ms. McKinley currently resides in McCandless with her husband and two sons.

  • Advising clients on entity formation, structuring, and business planning issues.
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including stock and asset purchase agreements, corporate resolutions, by-laws, leases, loan documents, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Guiding clients through the process of applying for recognition of exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including the retroactive reinstatement of a previously-revoked exemption.
