MUS Welcomes Five New Attorneys

Meyer, Unkovic & Scott is pleased to announce that the following attorneys have joined the firm.

Jeffrey R. Lalama

Jeffrey R. Lalama will practice in the firm’s Litigation and Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Groups. He serves as both a litigator and client counselor, primarily working with banks, businesses, and other commercial enterprises. Lalama received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1988 and his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979.  He resides in Bethel Park, PA.

Robert E. McKee

Robert E. McKee will practice in the firm’s Private Clients and Corporate Groups. McKee advises individual and business clients in estate planning, business succession planning, and other various business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and sales.  He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1967 and his B.A. from Gannon University in 1964.  He resides in Allison Park, PA.

Lisa M. Petruzzi

Lisa M. Petruzzi will practice in the firm’s Family Law Practice Group. She has 24 years of experience handling a broad range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, adoption, and guardianship matters. Her practice also includes dispute resolution, mediation, and collaborative law. Petruzzi received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1996 and her B.S. in Marketing from Robert Morris University in1988.  She resides in Jefferson Hills, PA.

Francis Rapp

Francis C. Rapp, Jr. will practice in the firm’s Litigation Group. Rapp serves as a trial lawyer with emphasis on commercial litigation, construction law, and personal injury.  He received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, cum laude,  in 1982 and served as the Executive Managing Editor of Law Review in 1981-1982.  Prior to law school, Rapp received his B.A. from Duquesne University in 1979.

Edwin W. Russell

Edwin W. Russell will practice in the firm’s Private Clients Group. Russell’s practice focuses on estate and trust planning, administration and related litigation matters, as well as counseling clients on taxation matters. He also prepares sophisticated estate plans for clients designed to minimize Federal Estate and Gift Taxes while focusing on the client’s wealth transfer and business succession goals.  He received his L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law, his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2003, and his B.S. Duquesne University in 1999.  He resides in Armstrong County, PA.
