MUS Announces Two New Partners

Meyer, Unkovic & Scott has named the following two lawyers partners in the firm:

Daquelente, Amanda Amanda M. Daquelente focuses her practice on a wide range of business and corporate transactions, where she regularly counsels and represents clients in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and other transactions in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia.  Additionally, she represents individuals and closely held companies in a broad range of general corporate and real-estate related transactions, including, but not limited to, real estate acquisition and disposition, leasing, and financing.  Amanda is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Law and Real Estate and Lending Groups.  She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2010 and her B.A. in Business, cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College in 2006.  A resident of Pine Richland, Amanda resides with her husband and children.

 

Sanderson, GaryGary M. Sanderson dedicates his practice to assisting new and established companies navigate complex transactions and disputes.  Gary provides strategic advice to assist clients with all stages of a company life, including entity formation, strategic planning, development, commercialization, expansion, growth, and exit. He counsels clients through complex business and real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, which often involve an international component. He also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in various industries, with a particular expertise in the construction industry.  Gary can regularly be found representing creditors before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He also routinely litigates commercial and real estate disputes.  Gary is a member of the Real Estate & Lending, Corporate & Business Law, Litigation, Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy, International Law, and Immigration Practice Groups. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2012 and his B.A. in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration & Arts and Sciences in 2009 where he graduated summa cum laude.
