MUS Partner Frank Kosir Named to PBA’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section’s Council

Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s Frank Kosir, Jr. was recently appointed as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section’s Council.

PBA’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section is an association of Real Estate and Estate attorneys, ranging from the most experienced attorneys in the Commonwealth to the newest members of the Bar, all of whom are interested in sharing and expanding their knowledge about these areas of law.

Kosir is a Partner in Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s Real Estate & Lending Group. He has significant civil litigation and general practice experience in all areas of real property law. Prior to entering the practice of law, Kosir acquired extensive experience in all facets of real estate development, sales, construction, and leasing with his family’s home construction company, which has operated for more than 55 years.  His knowledge of the construction, planning, and business aspects of real estate provide him with a unique understanding that he utilizes in assisting clients.

Kosir was born and raised in Peters Township, Pennsylvania, where he resides with his wife and two daughters, and serves as a member of the Township Council.
