MUS Partner Jason Yarbrough Named Co-Chair Of Firm’s Summer Associates Program

Meyer, Unkovic & Scott announced today that Partner Jason Yarbrough has been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Summer Associates Program. Yarbrough joins Partner Andrew Noble as leaders of the program charged with the overall professional development of the firm’s summer associates.

Yarbrough is a member of the firm’s Construction Law, Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy, Energy, Utilities & Mineral Rights, Litigation, and Real Estate & Lending groups.  He represents corporate entities, officers, individuals, and family-owned businesses in state and federal courts, state agencies, and arbitrations on a variety of complex commercial, construction, and real estate litigation matters.

In his construction practice, Yarbrough represents owners, contractors, architects, and engineers in disputes arising out of both public and private construction projects. He also frequently represents clients in commercial disputes and real estate matters, including commercial landlord tenant actions, property tax assessment appeals and exemption proceedings.

Yarbrough earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He currently resides in Allison Park.
