MUS Welcomes Two New Associates

Meyer, Unkovic & Scott recently added two new associates — Katelin J. Montgomery and Kate E. McCarthy — as members of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

Montgomery focuses her practice on commercial and employment disputes. She regularly practices in both state and federal court in Pennsylvania, including the appellate courts, and has experience defending clients in various tort and personal injury actions. Montgomery earned her J.D. from Duquesne University’s School of Law and B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. She resides in West Homestead with her husband, Josh.

McCarthy previously worked as a law clerk to Justice David Wecht of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, judicial intern to Justice Christine Donohue of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and prosecutorial intern for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office. McCarthy earned her J.D. from Duquesne University’s School of Law and B.A. from Allegheny College. She resides in Millvale.
