Derek Koget advises commercial, individual and financial institution clients in a broad range of transactional matters, including real estate acquisitions and sales, lease negotiations, landlord and tenant matters, financing, loan documentation and real estate tax assessments.
He also litigates real estate title matters.
In addition to his real estate work, Derek counsels small to mid-size businesses in formation and operational matters. This work includes counseling on employment issues, financing, shareholder matters, and acquisitions and sales.
He is broadly experienced in the representation of municipal creditors and banks in state court collection matters and bankruptcy proceedings.
