The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of infants and children through programs that support and strengthen families. Founded in 1893, the organization offers a range of services, including adoption and permanency services, specialized hospital care for medically complex children, daycare through Child’s Way, pediatric vision services, therapy, and counseling. Through its comprehensive, family-centered approach, The Children’s Home helps children thrive while equipping families with the resources, education, and support they need.
