Amanda M. Daquelente is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate & Lending, and Private Clients Practice Groups.
Amanda’s practice focuses primarily on a wide range of business and corporate transactions, where she regularly counsels and represents clients in general business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and other major transactions both in the United States and in Europe, Asia and Australia. Additionally, Amanda’s corporate practice consists of counseling clients on a variety of issues, including, but not limited to, counseling clients on entity formation, corporate governance, business succession planning and other day-to-day business and corporate issues.
Amanda’s work also focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions, including real estate acquisition and disposition, leasing and financing, and the representation of individuals and closely-held companies in a broad range of general corporate and real estate-related transactions.
As part of the firm’s Private Clients Group, Amanda works with clients to develop estate-planning objectives including business succession, planning to minimize estate and inheritance tax liability, preserving family assets, supporting charitable interests, and providing for minors. She implements these objectives through the drafting of wills and trusts based upon each individual client’s needs. In addition, she assists executors and trustees in the administration of a decedent’s estate or trust.
