Alex Peperak is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate & Lending Groups. He advises individuals, families, and closely held businesses on a range of matters involving corporate transactions, real estate, and compliance.
Alex counsels small and mid-sized businesses from formation through succession. His work includes drafting transactional agreements, employment contracts, and private placement memoranda, as well as conducting due diligence and facilitating business transitions. He brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to corporate governance and operations.
He is a former University of Pittsburgh men’s soccer player who channeled his passion for sports into leadership roles during law school. He served as Business Manager of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and a Pitt Law Ambassador while earning his J.D. at Pitt Law.
