Alex Peperak is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate & Lending Practice Groups, where he advises small and mid-sized businesses across a range of industries at all stages of the business lifecycle – from formation through succession. His practice focuses on business formation and structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and leasing, and business transitions.
A former student-athlete at the University of Pittsburgh, Alex brings a disciplined, strategic, and detail‑oriented approach to his legal practice. His athletic background informs a practical, solutions‑driven approach to navigating complex business challenges.
While earning his J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Alex served as Business Manager of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, a Pitt Law Ambassador, and a Certified Legal Intern with the Securities Arbitration Clinic.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys golfing, soccer, travelling, fitness, and is an avid supporter of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Arsenal F.C.
