Jason is a member of the firm’s Private Clients Group. He focuses most of his work in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. Working closely with his clients and their trusted advisors, Jason develops and implements comprehensive estate plans to safeguard the client’s assets and wishes during life and after death. He has a proven ability to deliver clear, concise legal advice in a timely manner while navigating complex family situations.
With his experience in probate procedures, Jason is called upon to administer and probate decedent’s estates, including preparation of inheritance tax and final accounts. He is highly skilled in drafting the essential estate planning tools that include wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for clients with assets exceeding $1M in value. Jason also prepares advanced estate planning documents such as irrevocable and special needs trusts that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
Additionally, Jason also practices in the areas of elder law and family law. He has successfully managed guardianship proceedings from initiation through accountings and has experience dealing with contested guardianships. His approach to representing his clients is always practical and well-informed, ensuring thoughtful and effective representation.
Among his notable accomplishments, Jason has appeared in The Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas for the counties of Allegheny, Westmoreland, Fayette, Butler, and Washington, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

- Prepare wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for clients with estates exceeding $1 million.
- Draft advanced estate planning instruments including irrevocable trusts and special needs trusts.
- Administer and probate estates, including preparation of Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns and final accounts.
- Manage guardianship proceedings from initiation through final accounting, including contested guardianship matters.
- Advise clients on elder law issues with a practical and informed approach.
- Represent clients before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Courts of Common Pleas in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Fayette, Butler, and Washington counties, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
