Maura concentrates her practice in real estate transactions, business and corporate law, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. She works with clients on a wide range of business and property-related issues, helping them navigate transactions, structure agreements, and address practical legal needs that arise throughout the life of a business or real estate project. Her approach focuses on helping clients develop creative, practical solutions to issues affecting both their businesses and their everyday lives.
In her real estate practice, Maura assists with residential and commercial acquisitions and dispositions, leasing matters, title review and title issues, and related due diligence. Her experience includes helping clients review and negotiate transaction documents, identify and resolve property concerns, and move matters efficiently from initial review through closing.
Maura also advises businesses on entity formation, governance, day-to-day operational matters, commercial contracts, and complex stock and asset transactions. She supports clients as they form new companies, manage ongoing business needs, pursue growth opportunities, and complete mergers, acquisitions, sales, and other strategic transactions.
While in college, she studied Chinese language, history, and culture.
