For many years, the attorneys in the Construction Law Group, in conjunction with attorneys from the Firm’s other practice groups, have represented several contractor associations, as well as a number of individual construction companies, in the following areas:

  • Issues arising under national agreements and/or maintenance contracts
  • OFCCP audits and investigations
  • Drug and alcohol testing
  • Matters involving alleged discrimination based on race, sex and handicap

We have represented contractors in the state and federal courts, and before the NLRB, EEOC, OSHA, DOL, OFCCP, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, and other agencies.
