Alexis K. McGann is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate & Lending Practice Groups.
Alexis focuses her Corporate practice counseling clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, business planning and structuring, corporate formation and governance, and a multitude of general corporate governance matters.
Complimenting her business practice, in her Real Estate practice, Alexis acts for a broad range of clients including large property investors, corporate and retail occupiers and financial institutions. She has experience in all types of property transactions including development work, investment sales, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and advising corporate partners on all property aspects.
