Jason Mettley focuses his practice on employee benefits.  His work involves the representation of multiemployer and governmental plan sponsors.  Jason handles matters dealing with plan design, drafting, and compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other laws applicable to employee benefit plans.

Additional Information

Jason grew up in York County, Pennsylvania but settled in Pittsburgh in 1998 after graduating from law school.  A former college baseball player and lover of the sport, he is a Kansas City Royals fan.
