Andrew represents contractors, developers, owners, engineers, architects, design professionals, suppliers, and code enforcement officials in connection with public and private construction projects. He advises clients from contract drafting and negotiation through dispute resolution.

Understanding the unique pressures facing construction professionals, Andrew helps clients manage project risk, maintain schedules, control costs, and preserve important business relationships. He advises clients on drafting and negotiating construction contracts, addressing project performance issues, and developing practical strategies to avoid disputes before they escalate.

His practice encompasses a wide range of construction-related matters, including payment disputes, mechanics’ liens, delay and disruption claims, design-related issues, surety and bond claims, and construction-related personal injury matters. Andrew regularly counsels clients on pre-litigation strategies, including demand communications and preservation of lien rights, and represents clients in the prosecution and defense of construction and commercial claims.

Andrew has significant experience in complex, multi-party disputes involving commercial property developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. He litigates in state and federal courts and represents clients in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Whether resolving a contract dispute, enforcing payment rights, or defending against construction claims, Andrew focuses on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions that help clients keep projects moving and achieve successful outcomes.
