Jed is an Associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Lending and Corporate & Business Law Practice Groups. He advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including financing, acquisition, and disposition as well as representing both landlords and tenants in leasing matters. Jed also advises clients on business matters including corporate structuring and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Jed’s strategic approach and precision ensure each stage, from deal structuring to closing, meets his clients’ objectives.

Real Estate Practice

Jed represents commercial property owners, developers, and business clients in complex transactions, including purchases and sales, entity structuring, and financing. He negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements, asset purchase agreements, commercial leases, and related documentation for deals exceeding $25 million. His practice also includes conducting complex title reviews and working closely with title insurance companies to ensure clear title and seamless closings.

Regulatory Practice

In his regulatory practice, Jed advocates for clients before municipal boards and town councils, guiding them through land use updates, licensing proceedings, and zoning approvals. He has successfully managed liquor licensing matters with the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) and local licensing authorities. Jed also supports clients with entity management and business succession planning, preparing buy/sell agreements and ownership assignments tailored to evolving compliance landscapes.
