Pittsburgh, PA – February 22, 2023 – Meyer, Unkovic & Scott is pleased to announce that Amanda M. Daquelente has been appointed Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate & Business Law Practice Group. She will serve in this role with Patricia Farrell, who has served as a Co-Chair for the past 10 years.
Amanda M. Daquelente is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Law and Real Estate & Lending Practice Groups and represents business owners in a wide range of business and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex business succession transactions, including sales to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPS) and trusts. Amanda’s practice also focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including buy-side and sell-side representation in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, drop and swap transactions, and 1031 exchanges.
She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2010 and her B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College, cum laude, in 2006.
