Amy is a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Business Law, Real Estate & Lending and Employment Law practice groups. A seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of experience, Amy brings a breadth of knowledge offering personalized, collaborative legal advice to small and mid-sized privately held businesses in all areas of corporate law, contract law, commercial business transactions and employment law. Her practice is primarily focused on helping clients in the areas of entity formation and start-up counseling; mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations; and financing transactions. She also provides general corporate counseling to clients, including advising clients on corporate governance and employment law matters, contract drafting and providing outside general counsel services to emerging and established business entities.
In addition, Amy has served as counsel to receivers in receivership matters involving commercial real estate assets. She also serves as special counsel to municipal clients with respect to oil and gas matters, including oil and gas leasing and oil and gas ordinance drafting and adoption.
Previously, Amy was a founding member of Sable and Sable, LLC, a successful, community focused law firm that assisted clients for over seven years. Prior to that, she worked as an in-house attorney for Development Dimensions International, Inc., a closely-held, mid-sized global corporation, and was an associate at a Pittsburgh-based Am Law 100 law firm.

Additional Information
Amy resides in Pine Township with her husband, their two children, her nonagenarian father, and a miniature dachshund. She is an avid gardener, baker of the world’s best chocolate chip cookies (as voted by her children), and enjoys hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire or spending the day at Jones Beach on Long Island when her schedule allows.
