Mr. Carl is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and Private Clients Groups. He counsels diverse local, national, and international businesses and individuals. He focuses on advising clients on general corporate and commercial matters including choice of entity issues, mergers and acquisitions, finance, management, contracting and business succession. His real estate work includes regularly negotiating documents and closing all types of real estate and commercial transactions.

In his estate planning practice, he assists his clients in developing estate-planning objectives from business succession, federal estate and Pennsylvania inheritance tax issues, protection of family assets, charitable transfers, and wills and trusts providing for minors and individuals with special needs. He assists executors and trustees in the creation and administration of decedent’s estates and trusts. He litigates Orphan’s Court matters including will contests, guardianships, adoptions, and estate administration disputes.
