Brittany M. Bloam is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She represents clients facing a variety of legal issues, including land use and real estate matters, complex commercial disputes, and employment cases.  Her breadth of experience allows her to develop legal process maps and comprehensive solutions with an eye toward the client’s ultimate goals.

Brittany is particularly interested in the real estate development and construction industries.  Her real estate practice includes representing property owners and developers in land use and zoning disputes, including pursuing validity challenges to local zoning ordinances and subdivision and land development approvals. She has extensive experience creating land use strategies and working closely with her clients to implement those plans.  She handles public meetings and hearings, as well as preparation of briefs and other pleadings, seeing projects from the initial planning stages through appeals.

In addition to zoning and land use actions, Brittany has experience handling real estate claims, as well as landlord-tenant, quiet title, eminent domain, boundary line disputes, and partition actions.

While Brittany has extensive trial experience, she counsels clients, when appropriate, through alternative dispute resolution proceedings.  Brittany understands her clients’ missions and delivers diligent, responsive service that balances their legal and economic objectives.  Through her focus on employment law, Brittany has brokered resolutions for her clients facing employment discrimination claims, as well as in disputes over breaches of employment and non-compete agreements.  She assists with internal investigations for clients needing support for their complaints as well as defends employers against charges of discrimination in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Rights Commission.

Brittany was chosen by her peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine “Rising Star” for the years 2016 – 2021 and a Best Lawyers “One to Watch” in 2023.
