Thompson focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate disputes – including ownership, easement and boundary disputes, land use and zoning hearings, and commercial evictions. Thompson provides counsel to owners, property managers, developers, and retail and office tenants.  He also routinely assists the firm’s business clients with their development of risk avoidance policies and procedures. When necessary, Thompson uses his trial skills to handle cases involving breach of contract, trade secrets, infringement and misappropriation claims, products liability defense, and other complex commercial litigation in our state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.
