Meyer, Unkovic & Scott Real Estate attorneys Grant Scott, Andrea Geraghty, and Kevin McKeegan hosted Jeff Burd, founder of the Tall Timber Group, who provided an in depth market overview of the Pittsburgh region to members and guests.

Burd commented on regional growth dating back to the 1990s, which was fueled by public investment and the transformative impact that it has had on Pittsburgh and the surrounding region.  Though a downturn would seem inevitable, Jeff commented that it’s also not hard to see continued growth thru the decade.  He also discussed the aging population in the region, which will have an accelerated impact on the workforce strain into 2025, as an increasing number of individuals enter retirement age.
